UMS has three regional offices including its home office in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania as well as offices in Cleveland Ohio and Columbus Ohio.

The majority of field service engineers currently employed by UMS formerly worked for original equipment manufacturers and are factory trained on your equipment.

UMS provides regional support to other independent service organizations and manufacturers with multi-vendor service contracts.  UMS also provides assistance to in-house hospital clinical engineering departments in the form of biomedical modality block-of-time contracts and time and materials and contract support for specialty modalities.
